These guys are horrible. The machines never work and when you call the attendant instead of giving you a refund they give you tokens to use in their broken machines. I'll never go to this place again. I mean it's relatively low maintenance, how do you screw up a car wash this badly? Beware!!! The only reason a gave this business one star because the site gave me no choice. I go to a touch less car wash for one reason, so my car doesn't get damaged from high pressure hoses , brushes etc. I've gone to this one for quite awhile now usually to pull up pay at the machine pull in and let the automated car wash do its job , never seeing anyone. Yesterday was different I pulled up and payed at the machine, while waiting for the car in front of me to finish as I was sitting there a young kid that works there came behind my car with a high pressure hose only inches away from my car and damaged the paint on my bumper. Accidents happen we all now that no problem , but when I went in to ask for the owner of the business I was handed off to another young man. Which after telling him what happened he went into about 20 reason why it wasn't their fault , this was before even looking at my car. He was very rude and did not handle the whole thing very well at all , later in our conversion he told me he was the owner in anger of course , after asking him why he would lie to me and then said his mother owned it. I went through this car wash for the first time last week and my car sat in the "scrub" cycle in the same spot for 5 minutes until the unskilled worker turned it off and let me out. They had me go the other side and my car came out dripping with soap. They had assured me it would work this time and if not they would rinse off my car. Well turns out that was a lie, the manger said they didn't even have a hose. He then refused to refund my money along with the three customers behind me who all had cars caked with foam. I called Forever Clean after seeing them in my neighborhood. I stopped and asked for his card while he was detailing my neighbors SUV. I took a look at the website. Then after seeing the end result of his work on their Escalade I needed no further referral. Jeff came and detailed my STS Cadi and while he was working I came back from riding my bike and asked him if he could help remove some spots on the chrome. He told me that he would see what he could do for me. I was surprised to see that he had COMPLETLY detailed my Road King . I was more than glad to pay him for his services and asked if he would put me down for a monthly service. He is without a doubt The Best I have dealt with. ...read more
