I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I ordered my two vouchers. One star is one too many for this company. Hard to reach, full of excuses, and RUDE in the end. I’m glad I cancelled before my appointment date - I’m not sure I would trust them to actually get here.After I called and (had to leave a message - they haven’t answered the phone all week) told them i had cancelled my Living Social vouchers, they called at 10:45 pm to apparently confirm the appointment I tried all week to confirm. Mr. Ego called me “manic” and told me his $4 million dollar business “didn’t need my little $30 (actually two $49) vouchers.” He hollered at me, insulted me - acted like a prime, well, I was going to say jackass, but that would be an insult to that fine animal. In short, unless you are truly masochistic, I would stay away from this kind of bad business behavior . ...read more
