Well....so much for that car wash & detail. A week and a half ago I booked an appointment for 9:00am today. Got the e-mail that they received the booking. But waited all day and it's a no show with no call or e-mail. I tried calling them but the phone goes to a Google phone # and voice mail. Left a message and no call back. Sent e-mail and no response yet. Based on that, my review of Gleen is a big fat ZERO. Don't waste your time. Guess I'll go to Mr. Wash for $14 w/ a coupon. ...read more

I had been taking my cars to Mt Vernon for carwashes only for about 15 years. Last Spring I decided to have them detail my newest car. The did a horrible job. Left polish splatter inside the doors, and generally were sloppy,but the worse offense was the ruined my interior. They used to wrong cleaner on the upholstery and discolored the leather. I had to have the entire interior redyed. It cost me $350.00. When I complained the owner said it was the best they could do since leather was a natural material. I have never been back. ...read more
