The first time I went there I paid about $3 for a quick was and rinse. The second time I went I did the same thing. The screen said the same price as the last time, but when I went home I had gotten charged $8. Tied to call the # and it just makes a noise and nothing. I went there again today and watched the screen and it said about $3. When I got home and checked my bank again I was charged $8. Will not be going here again, no way to contact to get resolution. I have never had a bad experience and I've gotten hair, waxing, and gel nails done, these are the most affordable prices out of anywhere else in the the area! a pedicure is only $20, manicures are 15 and they have different specials for hair and waxing every week including $10 haircuts, with punch cards that give discounts on the 5th and 10th time in! I purchased a gift certificate to this location and used it once a few months ago. The gift certificate has no expiration on it and I was never informed of any date apon which the certificate would expire, however when I went in yesterday the girl at the booth said she didn't know if they were still good. She went and got the owner who came to my car and told me all gift certificates expired ""yesterday."" I told her she cannot do that when the certificate does not have an expiration date on that, and she said she is the owner and can do what she wants. Horrible customer service, and people performing criminal acts. She has my money, but I cannot get the services I paid for. The best part is she wanted to take my certificate and ""throw it away"" for me because it is not valid. I said no way will I let you take the evidence I have of you cheating me out of my money, I plan to pursue legal action, but hope to prevent any of you out there from getting screwed out of your money! I recently took my lexus down to have it detailed. I went through a consultation on what I wanted done. I explained to them that I was more concerned with the outside of the car and that I didn't want much done on the inside. We agreed on a wash, wax and buff and he even said he'd throw in an extra free hour of work. When I returned to pick up my car I had to have the manager (Scott) come out to look at my car with me. The inside was totally clean but it was still dirty on the hood. I stood there with him and scratched sap off with my finger nail. He said that would cost extra. I ran my hand over the hood and there appeared to be little hairs all over it. He said my car had gotten paint residue on it in the half hour it had sat outside their business. I told him it was unsatisfactory and not what we had discussed but that I wanted the bill and simply out of there. He said that with my attitude he'd only accept cash from me. I had to walk to a bank to get cash. When I returned he was still so mad that he removed the free extra hour and re-wrote the bill telling me that I owed him $50 more in cash. I had to leave again to walk to the bank to get more cash out. On the way back I called the cops to have someone there with me to help with the crazy manager. I had 5 cops show up and all of a sudden his tune changed, the $50 was taken off, and I was finally able to pay my bill and leave. If he gave me an extra hour of work, I don't know what it was spent on. I ended up having to wax the car myself. This car wash turned me down because my car was dirty. They wanted me to go to another car wash, have the exterior done and then come back and use one of my tickets for their "Works" wash which is exterior and interior! Their service is overpriced, anyway, for their quality but I've used them because they were convenient -- no more! They were going to give me $5 off their $22 price to go get this other wash, but then rescinded on their offer when they realized I had their prepaid coupon tickets book. I've used a lot of carwashes and this one is the best for the price by far! The drive through is excellent, with several choices from $7 to $10, with undercarriage wash, wax triple foam, and soft touch scrubbers. My car is tough to get clean esp the back end and this carwash got it all...I'm amazed. Also, there is a scrub bucket and brush for the bugs on the grill before you drive in. There are several other coin operated bays and high power vacuums! Plus, with a self serve dog wash next door: Paw Paws, I'll definitely be back with the dogs next time.
