Property manager review I'd like to add my public review here. I've been looking for a place to rent, my contract ends this month. Howard with Management & Associates contacted me in a panic a week ago because a property I had inquired about just fell through with it's tenants. Howard was going away on vacation, but needed to lock down a new tenant before he left. I submitted the application to him same day, and spoke with his partner who told me everything looked great, and that when Howard gets back on April 4th, he would contact me for final review. He called me on Monday to verify some information and told me that he was finalizing paperwork and that I had the number 1 spot, based on the timeliness of my application submission. I tried calling him all day yesterday, and got no response. I called him this morning and got no response. While I was in a meeting this morning he called and left a voicemail telling me that I was "actually in the number 2 spot", and that the contract had been given away. I know what you're thinking. You're thinking about that girl* in that one class. But you are also thinking, "well, I'm not looking for the Taj Mahal here. I just need someplace cheap!" But you would be shocked at just how little money can buy these days. These are dingy apartments with really crappy management. Save your money and live under a bridge instead. That experience wouldn't be much worse, and you'd save a lot of money. Pretty crummy establishment.
