I went to this car wash on Dec. 29 while visiting family. The car wash malfunctioned and scratched the entire driver side of my car. After speaking to the manager, Ray, he assured me that he would take care of it at all costs. I returned to Colorado after receiving no notification from him. I called him and he advised to bring the car back to Utah for a free detail! When I told him that I was unable to, he suggested having someone in Utah bring their vehicle to him for a detail and they would pay me the detail costs. I told him no because my car would not be fixed. I received 2 estimates from different body shops quoting me $1000 for the repairs since the scratches were too deep to buff out. After I emailed the estimates with no reply from Ray, I called him and he started to get angry and told me that I needed to bring the car to him so he could fix it. The Works Wash at Willy Wash and detail consists of : A Prewash with a High Pressure hose and a hand brushing. We can look for tar and other items that require additional attention. We also have sprays for bugs, rims, and of course, vinegar for hard water spots. You then enter a 7 stage touchless auto wash. After the blow dry, you are directed to the front of the wash where your vechicle is hand dryed including the door jams. Some windows will require special attention. We can that.
