One of the first few questions people ask their carpet cleaner behind "How much will it cost?" and "Can you get THAT out??" is "How long will it take to dry?" We have had people tell us horror stories about carpet taking up to 24 hours to be completely dry! With our service you can expect your carpets to be dry in only 2-3 hours. Obviously the more moisture left in the carpet the longer it will take to dry which is why we not pride ourselves in using the best equipment to remove as much moisture as possible but we also go one step further. When cleaning carpet with a truck moutned unit, the steam is applied from the wand at the same time that mositure is extracted. This allows us to not allow saturation thus leaving minimal mositure in your flooring. The extra step we take is done as we go back across the area that was just cleaned using extraction only...again removing as much of the moisture as possible from the carpet and allowing us to have your carpets completely dry in a very short time. Overwetting the carpet can also lead to spots "wicking" up during the natural drying process. As the excess moisture evaporates it can pull soiling up from the pad becoming noticable immediatly after the carpet is completely dry. This means recurring spots for you, unless you called us because we guarantee it to be clean or we will retreat the area for free!
