I have lived in the apartment complex for several years and not only have enjoyed my neighbors but the overall environment at Sunset Terrace. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and the maintenance person is always there when I need him. \t\n\t\nThe pricing has remained fair for this area and from what I have seen the apartment complex has remained full.
