Texas Roadkill Jerky
Our Business My wife started selling jerky years ago to her co-workers and had a loyal following. She left her job later to raise children only to discover people were still asking aboutthe jerky even years later. Hard economic times forced us to consider taking on more work to supplement our Income. We didn't want to sacrifice any more time away from the family, so we decided a home-based business would be a more desirable option. Remembering the co-workers who enjoyed her jerky years ago, we started making it once again. The response has been tremendous. Our customers are the greatest. They have made it possible for us to do something we enjoy without sacrificing family time.
