I purchased two boneless hams this week at Albertson's and I have a question. One of them was 'smoked' and labeled FULLY COOKED-the other was labeled Brown Sugar smoked-BUT DID NOT MENTION ON THE LABEL WHETHER IT WAS 'FULLY COOKED'-or not. My husband found this grocery, and told me about it. I am glad that he shared this info, because I find their meat is all organic and at a very competitive price. When they do a sale, and encourage you to buy bulk (not like the other organic meat seller, you got to buy at least 1/4 of a cow to make it a little bit cheaper than the normal price), you can even get the organic halal meat even cheaper than Walmart. Great Deal! The meat is extremely tasty, totally different from any meat that I got from other groceries. Excellent customer sevice! The owner of the store is very friendly and will tell you any information that you want to know about the source of the meat.
