We hired Jack"s carpet (Jerry...don't believe a word he says) to provide and lay tile at my 80 year old parents new home. Jerry assured us he could have the tile within two days maximum and that the tile would be laid the following Monday. We are now two days past the time the tile was to be laid and Jerry says he doesn't know when the tile will be in and that "Jack" is involved and working it himself.
