HORRIBLE service! Sold us a brand new $35000 bumper pull Shadow Cruiser. They claimed they had to hold the trailer for 48 hours after the sale so they could "clean it and make sure everything in the trailer worked properly." The trailer was NEVER cleaned before they let us take it home. It had countless factory things wrong with it that they were going to charge us $65/hour to come fix. (We are living out of this trailer, so it isn't like we could take it to them unless without putting ourselves on the street until they solved the issues.) When they finally decided they would give us the "courtesy" to come check the problems out, they broke more than they fixed, causing more damage. Thankfully my fiance is a handy man, and the only reason anything has actually gotten a permanent fix is what he worked on. I do not recommend them or the product they sell. ...read more
