They purposely didn't answer my call even when it was before 530 when I needed to speak to the mgr and told the leasing agent I'd call back in a few minutes. They turned the phones off and if they are open until 530, they should answer the phone until 530. Very unprofessional and unappreciated. Wonder how the property owners would feel about how residents were being treated when asked to speak to a manager who was more ready to go home than taking care of an issue because at the end of the day......I'm a customer. One star is a very nice version of what i truly want to say. We have been in these apartments less than 6 months. We have a 2 br/2 bath on the first floor near the water's edge. The pretty view comes at the cost of BUGS. When we first moved in there were tons of roly-polys, we eliminated them fairly quickly, no problem. A few months later, i got bit by a BLACK WIDOW (says THEIR exterminator). I brought this to their attention, and requested my apartment be put on the "list" every week for a bug spraying. (They only have pest control on thursdays, as its an outside source and not the apartment staff). I saw her write it on the list, and since, for 2-3 months, i have been off work EVERY thursday. They haven't come to spray once. A week or two ago I got bit again, 3 times. I went to the office again and told them that all i wanted from this was to be put on the list EVERY week.
