Edgewater Apartments

One star is a very nice version of what i truly want to say. We have been in these apartments less than 6 months. We have a 2 br/2 bath on the first floor near the water's edge. The pretty view comes at the cost of BUGS. When we first moved in there were tons of roly-po...lys, we eliminated them fairly quickly, no problem. A few months later, i got bit by a BLACK WIDOW (says THEIR exterminator). I brought this to their attention, and requested my apartment be put on the "list" every week for a bug spraying. (They only have pest control on thursdays, as its an outside source and not the apartment staff). I saw her write it on the list, and since, for 2-3 months, i have been off work EVERY thursday. They haven't come to spray once. A week or two ago I got bit again, 3 times. I went to the office again and told them that all i wanted from this was to be put on the list EVERY week.
