I took my husband's wedding band here and paid to have it repaired. When I picked it up I noticed that there was no longer engraving on its inside. I brought this to the sales clerk's attention, and she called the place it had been sent to. I was horrified when she told me that the original band could not be repaired so they had sent me a completely different one without telling me. I begged her to call again to ask to have the real one sent back, but she said that it had already been disposed of! Seeing that I was visibly distraught, the store manager said that I could have the new one engraved at no cost. This is no compensation since I had already paid for engravement that was on the original, it is being put on a ring with no sentimental value, and my husband and I were not even certain about the exact wording on the original bands engraving. When I received my It Works! Marketing kit in the mail, I was soooo excited! I called my girlfriend and told her I was ready to go!! I was trying to decide when to do my first wrap. Should I do the 45-minutes? Or overnight it? I did the overnight. So I did what the instructions said and took a shower, made sure there was no bar soap, used no lotions and then stood in the mirror to take my measurements. I did my first wrap on my tummy, and measured in 3 places: Upper Abdomen (3 inches above the waist), Mid/Waist, and Lower Abdomen (3 inches below the waist) Before the First Wrap: Upper: 36.5" Waist: 39.5" Lower: 43.5" I did it a little late because I'm a night owl anyway, but I applied the Ultimate Applicator Body Wrap at 2:30am after measuring. I woke up at 9:30am to remove and dispose of it, and remeasured. I lost a half an inch! At that specific moment I was just a tad disappointed b/c I expected more. But I forgot that it worked for another 72hours and that .5" is good considering how long it would take to do it with exercise alone! Later that night my friend coaxed me into measuring. I said no way - I'll wait til tomorrow. But I gave in....and was excited to see I lost another inch! I started calling people I was so excited! After my 72 hours here were my new measurements: Upper: 35.5" >> -1" Waist: 38.5" >> -1" Lower (pooch): 42" >> -1.5" TOTAL INCH LOSS: 3.5" with just ONE wrap! Yes, It Works! ...read more
