Brought my vehicle in for a simple wash. The drive through snapped off a side mirror, my antenna and twisted my hood ornament. When I stopped at the end of the tunnel to talk with the employees they refused to acknowledge responsibility, cussed me out then walked away. I went down to the office to see about getting assistance there and was not helped. I eventually had to call the police for help. When I did finally talk with the owner he just started trying to argue with me and basically called me a liar to the point that I had to just hang up on him. This happened 4-11-14 which is when I am writing this review. Talking to my lawyer I will have to pursue compensation in small claims court which I am sure will be just as much of a hassle. They didn't even offer a refund on the wash! I would give this business zero stars if I could and am baffled as to how the owner, with his substandard level of customer care could manage to keep people coming back. Don't take the chance on your vehicle being damaged here or having to deal with any of the horrible people who are employed by this shady business owner. ...read more
