We have had charges show up from this car wash even when we haven't used in several months. Make sure you watch your bank statements for fraudulent charges. They also like to tak on $3.00 if you use your CC to wash your car. There is also no way to contact these people and ask questions. ...read more

I used this car wash and ended up with light scratches ALL over my new car from the brush. The guy that takes care of the place, Lee, looked at my car. He said it was "sap build up" and he proceeded to wipe my hood with his finger and said the scratches were coming off. All he did was move dust around and the scratches did not come off at all. He said he would tell the owner, some doctor, that he saw my car and that it had no scratches. He was a bit of a jerk. The guy is old or a liar (or both) because there ARE scratches all over my car. Lee gave me the number for the owner and it was not a working number. I am not some sue happy American. I only wanted him to know about it and to pay to have the scratches removed....I think that is only fair. But I can't reach the supposed owner so I am taking care of it on my own. I have buffed and waxed and so far there is no improvement...this turned out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE car wash! Beware of no accountability from the shady personnel! ...read more
