When the chips were down and I needed flowers short notice for a funeral, Paula (the manager) came thru for me! She had been busy compiling arrangements the previous day to make the service timeline, and her flowers on hand inventory was limited. She was able to put together what she could round up and delivered a great looking arrangement that I was very satisfied with.
