I worked for dallas valet for about 2 years, the worst valet company ever. they hire illegal immigrants to pay them about 8 or 9 dollars an hour and they takle their tips. MOst of their employees dont speak english even their GM. very poor customer service i used to woek there and i would never trust them with my car!!! Just an advice. ...read more

One of the biggest problems with the PCA lots is that the signs don't say "Lot Not Attended". So when some homeless guy wearing a florescent vest approaches a vehicle and says he is the attendant, nobody questions it. I once called the 866 number to let them know that there was two homeless guys ripping off their patrons and the man on the other end of the line said he would look into it but I guess he forgot to hang up the phone because after the call was finished I heard him say "SWEET, WE'RE GOING TO MAKE SOME MONEY TODAY". They will lose them. After a rosary, we went to dinner with some family in Dallas. The valet guy lost my husbands keys. (We live in Mansfield) We had no way to get home, and we had to miss my family members FUNERAL the next morning because we had no way to get there.. Not to mention we spent the whole morning into afternoon dealing with this issue. We eventually had to get the car towed (it was left over night in a lot).. had to get NEW keys made to EVERYTHING (house, po box, etc.).. And they did not reimburse us for the full amount of cost incurred. My husband also lost work on Saturday afternoon because of this.. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. And the icing on the cake.. we also witnessed the valet guy hit another car.. we asked him if he was going to mention it to the owner and he just shrugged. When you pay for parking in a Hawkeye parking lot, take a video on your phone of yourself pulling out a $5 bill, signing it in a unique way, and depositing it into the box. Then pan around to show where you are. At least then if they claim you only paid 80 cents, you have some recourse when submitting the "detailed" letter that never gets looked at. ...read more

to tell you the truth, i don't think they even deserve 1 star! i recently parked my car with one of their valet attendants and upon leaving the restaurant i noticed a dent in the side of my door (with the same paint color of the car parked next to me). the attendant said it was impossible that they caused it, so i worked with the claims process only to have no response to repeated emails and phone calls. after two weeks and going to one of their "preferred repair shops" i received a letter in the mail that said there is no evidence that supports the claim and as a result they would not pay for the repair. if i had future questions it advised me to reach out to their attorney. online i have noticed this same type of incident at least 8 other places from this same company. all i can ask is that any company considering to contract this company please reconsider for your valuable customers that don't want to experience the same disaster as multiple other people ...read more
