This one has a real location and a brick building!: After a lot of searching and driveing all over Dallas we found Modern Home Patio & Carport there on Church Rd. just off 635 LBJ The other places we went were not real locations in Dallas.They even stocked the carport and patio cover materials they used to install my carport with.They answered the telephone when I called at that location with a real employee not a call back recorder or answering service.Thank You Modern Home for a job well done I will be back.
