Contracted for transport of my Motorcycle from Kentucky to Germany. 1st transport driver's van had metal poles stacked loosely between one wall and a customers bike, he pried another bike against the opposite wall with a 2x4 piece of wood, and then I observed the driver's inability to properly install a wheel chock. (Backwards, really..) Since english was not his language, my "No" was all he understood. Later informed this had been "The Romanian Special". A 2nd driver transported the motorcycle to New York. Where even though my FedExed paper work had a signature dated receipt, they "didn't find it" for over a week. Continued assurances and promises by owner Kevin Fox never came true. Still awaiting promised partial refund. Bike arrived in Germany 17 days late. At the end of the trip the bike was to be returned to my home in Ky. Did not happen. I had to personally visit Customs and retrieve my motorcycle from another States Airport. ...read more
