This lady was uninformed as to how credit cards work and spent one whole weekend demanding money She paid for a birthday party, told us how happy she was with the facility, and then tried to get her money back . We did not charge extra, overcharge, or deduct extra from her account. I did try to call and explain the system to her, but I will not talk to anyone who cusses me.It's too bad that people take time to say ugly things, but not nice ones. I had my daughters birthday party there last month and they charged my card $156.00 then a month later they charged my card again $156.00 when i called to request they refund my money I was told that they did not run my card (although it was very clear on my statment) I offered to bring them copies of my statment to show them and was told I was not getting any money back from them and was given a 1-800 number to their merchant services! I told him I was not calling their merchant services they wouldnt talk to me that the credit machine was owned by them and it was their responsibility they still have not refunded my money and now will not return my calls. EDITED I am very well informed on how my credit cards work The bank has now refunded my money after several months of work on my part- I was not the one to use curse words. Its was very clear cut i was charge on the day of the party and then charged again a month later. There is no mis-understanding on that. It is my right to let other unaware consumers know of the danger that waits their credit cards at your establisment.
