I went to skye salon and spa in Beaumont Tx to complain about how bad Essie damaged my hair .first she star telling me the it was because the style I pick then she agreed to I need some dork color here and there then she went on and on about tha was how I want it from the beginning wish is no truth I show her the picture and she say the I was laying y try to talk to the owner, well who she told me the was the owner o manager I ask her to due something a bout it, and she didn't say a word. I want my refund back and they say NO because she spend 6 hrs. Working on my hair,witch is no truth it was more like 4 .
