This is the 3rd time I've used ICS and I have to say I've been very impressed with both their service and professionalism. Specifically we had them install security cameras in our new location. We have a lot of different companies coming in doing different jobs, nearly all the workers leave some sort of mess that someone else is expected to clean up, but what stuck out with me about ICS is that, yes, they did make a mess, but, they never left it for anyone else to clean up. Do NOT take your vehicle to get service or inspected. The owner of this business is VERY unprofessional, over charge for repairs, have young workers like the age of 12 or 13 working under the cars. Me and my family is a witness that saw the young teenage workers working for this owner. He is a LIAR and will look you in your eyes as if he is not trying to get over. Again, WARNING - please take your car elsewhere and before you do, make sure you do your homework on these no good suppose to be licensed mechanics. I think Shaun's being a little harsh. I have had several issues with call quality with this company and can never get anyone on the phone from support. I have to submit a trouble ticket and wait. where to start.....this is one of the worst companies i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have no support, and when they do, its a joke,like 5 MONTHS..YES 5 MONTHS to reply to a 12 hour outage. They are clever with their contracts and will screw you at every opportunity. I wanted a prepaid data card and I knew they used to have one. But without doing the right analysis the customer service folks there told me there is none like that and that they removed the plan! Yesterday I got a bill for $100 and I also found out that I was under a contract for 2 years, despite using my own data card! Luckily for me I went into the store and was helped by another person who knew exactly what the issue was. I closed my account without paying a penalty as it was under the 30 day period and he gave me a prepaid data card. Crickett phones are garbage. 90% of the time when someone is calling you it will not ring. Just goes to voicemail. There is NO customer service what so ever!! The coverage is horrible. The crickett stores are like mexican flea markets! Last month I paid for two months up front with cash. One month later my service is cut off. I go to the store where I paid my bill and they tell me I only gave them one month's payment. I should have suspected something when I did not get a reciept. The phone system they provided for us worked great for a while. As we continue to have problems with their system we have found that it is next to impossible to have anyone return a phone call. My phone broke 2 months before my contract expired. The fellow here was so knowledgeable to help me choose the right used phone, and even offered that I could return it and apply the money to my new phone if I come back to Wireless Toyz for a new phone when my contract expires.\t\n\t\nWhen the new phone shut itself down while we were fiddling with it, he offered us a free upgrade to a different phone.\t\n\t\nAnd he took the time to try to recover my numbers from my old phone.
