ICS: Innovative Communication Systems

This is the 3rd time I've used ICS and I have to say I've been very impressed with both their service and professionalism. Specifically we had them install security cameras in our new location. We have a lot of different companies coming in doing different jobs, nearly all the workers leave some sort of mess that someone else is expected to clean up, but what stuck out with me about ICS is that, yes, they did make a mess, but, they never left it for anyone else to clean up. They drilled holes in the walls, cut sealing tiles, and each time after they finished something, one of them would take broom and dustpan to sweep up whatever mess they made.It's just one of the things I noticed about them, there are a number of other reasons I have to be greatful for them.If you use this company, you'll be glad you did. ...read more

Do NOT take your vehicle to get service or inspected. The owner of this business is VERY unprofessional, over charge for repairs, have young workers like the age of 12 or 13 working under the cars. Me and my family is a witness that saw the young teenage workers working for this owner. He is a LIAR and will look you in your eyes as if he is not trying to get over. Again, WARNING - please take your car elsewhere and before you do, make sure you do your homework on these no good suppose to be licensed mechanics. I think Shaun's being a little harsh. I have had several issues with call quality with this company and can never get anyone on the phone from support. I have to submit a trouble ticket and wait. It seems to be the same issues over and over that the right equipment could address. Thank God my contract is almost over.
