In my opinion, McDonald's has gone to the dumps. I was just there 15 minute ago, The ONLY thing they got right about my order was that they used a McDonald's bag. We ordered a Hot and spicy with bacon and cheese meal and a Fish Sandwich. NO bacon and cheese, and NO FISH SANDWICH. This is the fourth time this has happened ever since they have the illegals working. They cannot speak or understand ENGLISH, but they have them at the counters. My suggestion, look before you buy, go through and if you see any illegals, find somewhere else to eat. I am fed up with getting home and our order is nowhere near what we ordered. I normally try not to be critical as I have made mistakes in the past. I have gone to this Sonic ever since I've moved into my new apartment and it has been a huge mistake every single time but one. Everytime I go there my order is always messed up. I order a certain size drink or ice cream and that's wrong. I order a burger or hot dog with plus or minus something and that's always wrong. One time I ordered a blast with extra topping and the young girl at the window(who looked stoned) had the nerve to lie to me and say there was extra topping on it after I had sent it back. So I paid for the blast plus extra for the extra topping and basically got a shake with a couple snickers on it. Needless to say everytime I've gone there I've wasted my money. So now instead of driving 2min to that waste of a Sonic, I drive right past it and drive 20min round trip to the next closes Sonic.\t\n You would think in these hard times a business like this would value it's customers instead of drive them away.\t\n\t\n I would like to add it took me getting my order messed up 12 consecutive times before I turned to the internet to give this place a bad review! ...read more

I got severe food poisoning after eating the tacos with hamburger meat in them. I became violently ill and had to go to the hospital. Thank God I had insurance because that one night's visit was unbelievably expensive. I still had to pay my deductible. Turned them over to Food Inspector. They didn't seemed to concerned. I gave these guys one star only because it wouldn't allow me to choose zero stars and still discuss how much I hate them. \t\n\t\nThese clowns have repeatedly messed up several orders over the time I've frequented this establishment. Constantly making me wait in the parking lot for my food, only to have it arrive with the incorrect side, fries instead of chili for example, leaving tamatos on my sandwich even after being asked not too (it's the devil's fruit), no carbonation in my root beer and there wasn't even a recipient in the bag. \t\n\t\nNot only have I lost all faith in the staffing and management of this location, it has finally driven me to the point of going on the internet to bad mouth them specifically. I know much cannot be expected from fast food, but I love Sonic out of many of the other choices.\t\n\t\nThis particular location the food is served by some friendly kids, but unfortunately every time that I have gone something in my order has been incorrect. None-the-less the food is still delicious even if I am forced to eat onions.\t\n\t\nThey have always nailed the drink orders, but if you are omitting something from your burger/sandwich/wrap I would highly recommend to speak clearly.
