I was in the store on south first last week and the woman that was working the counter named debbie, was very rude and pretty much no help. They have lost my business because of the unprofessionalism. She seemed more interested in chatting it up on the phone than helping me, a paying customer standing there waiting to be helped. I waited for about ten minutes until a man finally came and asked if i needed help. i would like to say that roy was very nice and helpful.
