the guy said he could get all the surface scratches off and charged me $235.00 He did not get any of the scratches off. All he did was wash and wax the car. my windshield was not cleaned. still had dirt in cup holder. did not vacuum out trunk like the add says. did not see him shampoo back floor. totally disappointed with the service. I am considering contacting Channel 4 news and telling them my story so other people don't get screwed. this company does terrible work. still could see marks in windshield where my radar detector suction cups were so I know he did not clean the windshield. back window dirty as well. had tire dressing all over my chrome wheels. hard to believe you get repeat customers. doubt that. ...read more

Passed by this auto wash the other day, quite an operation. There are many levels of cleaning that you can choose from. You can get the basic service which is the outside of the vehicle only, or additional services where the inside is cleaned, etc. I chose the basic service and my car came out like it was new in the dealership. All of that water will kick up a lot of oils and other road chemicals on your vehicle's paint. It's time for a good coat of wax. We use two types of protection for your vehicle: carnauba waxes synthetic polymer sealants The carnauba wax we use offers great protection from environmental contaminants. Your vehicle will have a great shine from the oils that are contained within the wax. The only draw back to the carnauba wax is that it will not last as long as a synthetic polymer sealant due to the oils in the wax that will evaporate over time. Our carnauba wax will last approximately 5 months. The synthetic polymer sealant will protect your vehicle for up to 9 months. The synthetic sealant is more durable than carnauba waxes and because of advances in technology the shine that it provides to your vehicle will be dazzling. Our recommendation for your vehicle during the winter months would be to choose the synthetic polymer sealant to protect your vehicle from the hazards of the season.
