Sterling really deserves a 0 star rating. I must say the most unprofessional service! The radio and the TV didn�t work on the party bus!! I rented this bus for my daughter 14th birthday and I was almost in tears bcus of the bus. The driver said "Hey I�m sorry I�m not a tech guy and I can�t work the radio...if you want to cancel I understand" I said Cancel is not an option....I have 23 children on this bus and their parents left them in my care already. I refuse to all these parents back and tell them to pick up their kids and also disappoint my daughter!! I called the company to ask for another bus. Meanwhile, the kids in the bus is bored and hot. The lady at Sterling who answered the phone named Missy or Misty and I went back and forward.. she told me that the manager was on vacation and she was just answering the phones. She said a mechanic would be at our first stop. At one point she raised her voice...I'm thinking lady I paid a lot of money for this party bus and you people should have made sure the bus features worked. Then she says "Well the bus radio and TV worked three days ago" I said send me another bus now. The driver started talking about the company himself. He stated he was contracted and that he hates driving for Sterling because they never get anything right! He also told me to write a bad review. The mechanic came and got the radio half way working. The TV never came on and the kids couldn�t see the screen on the radio in order to skip to the next track on the IPod.Also my daughter never got her scavenger hunt that was promised with the package! Please do not use this company.....you will be sorry you did!!!! ...read more
