Integrity, where is it. Your employee Frank Douglass damaged my father's truck four weeks ago during a PAID car wash. When he moved the truck, he hit a pole at your business causing over two thousand of damage. Your manager told us it would be taking care of. All we asked for was the deductible of 500 dollars. We have yet to settle this matter. I think a call to Andy Wise on you side and a letter to the better business bureau will be next.. ...read more
