If it’s not the elevators, it’s the heater, or the electric gates. There’s always something broken. Right now it’s the heater. We’ve had to survive a week with no heat in the middle of the worst winter storm in Memphis. It has been below 32 degrees for the last week and no heat. Every day there’s a new sign saying “repairs will begin tomorrow”. The first sign appeared 1/13 and today is 1/18.
