If it’s not the elevators, it’s the heater, or the electric gates. There’s always something broken. Right now it’s the heater. I bought my property in 2012 and have had nothing but problems when dealing with Gary Milam he is lazy, disrespectful, and dishonest. These condos are awful. The home association do not fix anything. They are taking home owners money and pocketing it. The main person taking the money name is Jim. He takes the money and fixes up the rental properties. If a person is considering moving in Cambridge Station they are in a rude awakening of leaking ceilings, broken fences, pot holes, broken doors, raccoon's, rats, nosy neighbors, people breaking in your house and cars, and you will be lucky to have the grass cut every month.
