We recently saw this post and wanted to go ahead and address the issues in the review. I'm sorry that the previous resident felt taken advantage of, however, we do have rules in place to make sure that our property is maintained and kept up. These rules and fees are stated in our lease agreement. In regards to the charges at move-out, again I'm sorry that you think that we charged a lot during move-out, unfortunately I can't address that issue on here as that pertains to your specific account. I'd be happy to discuss that with you in our office or over the phone. However, we do take pictures of all damages that are charged back to the resident.
