The polish peeled off of my daughter's nails after swimming the next day. Called to talk to the manager about coming back in for a repolish -- she avoided my calls and finally had her receptionist tell me that they don't guarantee their work. No kidding, but can you at least guarantee that it will last longer than 18 hours? HORRIBLE customer service and integrity. when I send my wife here for facials, she is always really nice to me for at least 3 days when she comes back. she is a certified "spa junkie" so she's been to a million spas in lots of cities and a few different countries.
