The polish peeled off of my daughter's nails after swimming the next day. Called to talk to the manager about coming back in for a repolish -- she avoided my calls and finally had her receptionist tell me that they don't guarantee their work. No kidding, but can you at least guarantee that it will last longer than 18 hours? HORRIBLE customer service and integrity. Amber is an outstanding stylist! She takes the time to talk to me about what I want in a hair style. She customizes color and cuts to fit you....not the "cookie cutter" styles you get from other salons. I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure today with my favorite manicurist, Danielle! She has been out for maternity leave some of the summer, so I was thrilled she had an opening this week and had the best M and P ever today! Danielle gives 100% focus to her client and is very professional. I have gotten to know her as such a delightful young woman over this past year and enjoy her company during my appointments so very much. My first and last experience was with Jon herself! She told me my hair was damaged, cut off 1/8 an inch all over and sold me $100 in magic products to make me love my hair. I really wanted a cute haircut. Jon, the owner, said I would love my hair after it was healthy. I didn't. She offered to "take more hair out" - which made me think of the cook spitting on the steak I sent back. I asked for my $50 I spent on the haircut back. No dice there either.
