Very unprofessional in my opinion. Gave us a handshake and told us his people would be out the next morning at 10 am to knock out the job. Did not return our calls for 3 days and then had nothing but excuses. He "warned' us (me and my wife) not to write anything negative about his business online or he would contact his lawyer.
