As owner of a business, Trinity Remodeling and Masonry, I often patronize this location because their staff and products are top-of-the-line and a contractor's tools and materials should reflect his business. Kudos!

I brought back a submersible pump 1 hour and 20 mins. late on the day of return. I was charged an additional half day of the rental. I was never told at the time of the rental that this can occur. I also had an experience with my bank card being charged an additional amount that I am trying to uncover at this time. I'm not happy with this rental experience concerning charges that were not divulged at time of rental.\t\nAfter speaking to the manager, Thomas, he was more than helpful in resolving the misunderstanding. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Thank you Thomas.
