I have visited many phone/carrier stores for service and i wanted to take a moment and let everyone know about the "above and beyond" service i received at Nexcom. My blackberry had stopped getting emails and would not sync any longer. The guys at Nexcom took it upon themselves not only to get my blackberry working again but also loaded some great applications and trained me on a couple shortcuts. I had been to 3 area stores trying to get this fixed and no one knew where to start. The Nexcom guys knew where to start and clearly understand good service. I will never go anywhere else.
