I went to you for paid advice and you were nice enough to tell me the truth about my problem and decided not to charge me,because you said you couldnt help me and advised me that my mother could not take her citizenship test in spanish even though people told me she could. we filed any way with someone else and got denied by immigration and lost over a thousand dollars all because i didnt hear what i wanted.
I went back to you after the denial and you explained again why she was denied like you said would happen, You told us when to file the new application and to come and see you when it was time and when we did you still didnt charge me!
