Maintenance issues are not fixed and office always says they will let someone know but nothing ever gets done. We have issues with our A/C - Heater (it broke) and the office tells us that they are no longer fixing them, but we have no means of heating the back of our apartment and it is very cold back there. The office provided us with a small heater and that doesn't even warm the front part of the apartment.This has been going on for years and I have been there for about 12 yrs . We also have had a REALLY BAD ISSUE WITH MOLD in our bathroom, all they do is paint kilz over it and it comes back within weeks. We have already told them it is in the sheetrock and it needs to be replaced but they say they don't have the money to fix those kinds of things. I have a 13 year old son and we are all breating this in when the shower is used, we keep it clean with bleach but that is no use when its already settled in the walls.That is the offices solution when we tell them about it, "YOU NEED TO WIPE IT DOWN WITH BLEACH".
