I agree with the other two reviews. I was referred to them from a friend, but the vinyl in my kitchen CRACKLES everywhere as if it's not stuck down appropriately. They left my house a mess and very dusty. They didn't even warn me or tell me to cover things in my house to protect it. I"ve spoken to the owner a week ago and he came and looked at it and said he needed a couple of days to think about how to fix it. It's been a week now and no word from him. I have called and left them a message that I want it replaced and done correctly by June 1. VERY UNHAPPY and this was a gift from my mom after I just had my third child. So not only is this inconvenient it makes me very mad that my mom spent the money.

I tried to support a local business, but using Spectrum was a mistake! It's as if they've never installed vinyl before. They didn't follow the manufacturer's guidelines and now the floor is full of giant ridges. Plus, they scracthed up the walls and said "that was to be expected." Very poor workmanship!

Tore up walls, installed against manufacturer's suggestion, floor is bubbled up, don't return phone calls.
