If you drive an even moderately nice car, avoid this place. I took my car in for low coolant & an oil change. After driving 2 blocks when they had "fixed" a coolant leak the low coolant light comes on. They proceed to tell me it's fine. 6 TIMES I had to go back to this shop for the same low coolant and check engine light for coolant. After over a grand spent & my time taken off from work, they send me to the dealer and admit no errors. All of their work had to be redone with the radiator being replaced as well as multiple hoses. In addition to that, I was told that I had to repair a deteriorating oil filter housing directly as a result of this shop's oil change using an inadequate oil filter.

I have never given a bad review to an auto shop after using 5 other local shops, but this past month of incompetence and unaccountability for their work is unacceptable.
