Dropped off vehicle late Friday for an alignment (I have the 3 year unlimited alignment package). Said it would be done Saturday...they never called. Called Sunday and they said it was ready and was surprised nobody called. Oh well I didn't need it that bad. When I pick it up first thing Sunday morning all they do is hand me the receipt and keys. I asked for the print out of the adjustments that were made (you are supposed to get this when you get an alignment) but he said the printer was messed up and sometimes you get a print out and sometimes you don't. Well this is the SECOND TIME I've gotten an alignment there where they did not give me the print out. "You can come back later today or tomorrow and we can put it on the machine to give you the print out." Um...no. If you did it right the first time we wouldn't be having this conversation. He stated that he's tried to get a new printer but corporate wouldn't approve it.
