I don't typically write reviews; however I just finished watching my summer wedding on video and was extremely disappointed to say the least. We had a conference call with him a few nights prior to our wedding, in which we discussed the introduction of the wedding party and music selections extensively. This call lasted for approximately 30 minutes, where we repeated names and expectations clearly numerous times. At the reception Randy completely destroyed names and the song selection. The lack of organization was embarrassing! It was really important to my husband and I to have a really fun and exciting reception! Simply put he did not make that happen. Sparkles the clown came for my sons 4th birthday. I was very disappointed and much less than impressed with her attitude and performance. When I called the company back with my concerns there were only excuses and the repetition of "it's written in the contract" that I never received until days after my complaint. The response to my complaint from the clown herself were unacceptable as well. I was made to feel like it was my fault that I was unimpressed. All in all, not worth the money. Was told they've trained with Wringling Brothers and worked with Disney and was told it would be an energetic show and it was anything but any of that. I normally don't write reviews etc but I was so disappointed with the performance and the response to my complaint that I had to.
