I have been using ths car wash for 25yrs. I use this car wash just about every week. I'm vey familiar of the area since I live right around the corner. The girl behind the counter is alway very nice and socialable.Today is New Yrs day. I went to wash my car. Since the line is very long on Reservoir I'm always afraid of getting hit from behind while waiting to get in so I put myself in the Best Eating Donuts parking lot facing the entrance of the Miracle Car Wash. Everyone in line can see you and the customers are always polite in letting you in for your turn. Today New Yrs Day the owner of Miracle Car wash told me I had to go around the corner and join the line on Reservoir Ave. RIGHT AFTER HE LET ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES CUT IN FRONT OF ME. i TRIED TO EXPLAIN AND HE KEPT ON INTERRUPTING AND WOULD NOT LET ME IN. I will now take my business somewhere else. I also own a business and would never talk to a customer the way this man talked to me. I have gone several times and the last time my car got stuck inside the car wash...damage was done. The owner and manager were not around and I had to wait 1 hour to get my car out and then they hasseled me and told me the damage was already there.
