Bridge Street Market Place

5.0

By Joyce

If you are looking for very unique consignment furnishings, whimsical, hand painted accent pieces, or a creative, repurposed item for a gift or your own home, you must visit the Bridge Street Market Place and get totally lost walking and gawking through this gigantic, one of a kind, shopping experience. There truly is something for everyone. It's so worth the trip and you'll even have some money left over to enjoy one of several fine places to dine just around the corner. Rain or shine, you'll have a great time. ...read more

NAPA Auto Parts - Mile Hill Auto Parts

5.0

By Brandon

Mile Hill Auto is the place to go in Tunkhannock for all your automotive needs. Quality parts, knowledgeable staff (ask for Dave in particular), fair prices, and quick friendly service make this store far superior to the nearby Autozone... that cannot find the right part if it jumped up and slapped them in the face! I've been shopping at NAPA for years and never once had an issue. ...read more

Griffins Auto Sales

Tim Griffin is a scam artist! Bought a nice looking pickup for hauling, and EVERYTHING that could go wrong did. Bought the truck back in January, nice looking truck, and from a normal dealer a vehicle like this would have been junked. Fuel injectors went, starter and cylinoid went, check engine and battery lights were on, power windows stopped working, and was leaking oil and fuel within a week. Sent this truck off for warranty work, took two months to get it back, still didn't run, and has been in the shop again for another 2 months, I have had this truck a max of 2 weeks since January. DO NOT BUY HERE! Biggest and most expensive mistake we have ever made, this place is a rip off, and shouldbe shut down! ...read more

T Town Sheds

1.0

By Cindy Martina

T-town sheds has shown to be a disrespectful business in our community. The individual who broadcasted their closed-minded opinion about area salaries needs to take a closer look at how lucky their children are to be taught by such hard-working teachers. The community teachers not only put time in the classroom, but outside as well. When speaking of salaries, you need to take into consideration how teachers are constantly continuing their education and most have achieved a masters degree +. ...read more

Community Bank & Trust Co

1.0

By Judy Drake

The manager of this bank branch (Tunkhannock, PA) is incompetent and skews the banks policies against the consumer by not adhering to the actual policies and making up her own. An example of this is not accepting legitimate Canadian paychecks because she could not follow a simple company wide email with detailed instructions on how to process a check from Canada. A second example is telling people they can not have a close family member deposit money into thier own account. There are many other policies that she has made up over the years. She is the sole reason I no longer have an account with Community Bank and Trust/ First National Bank. I absolutely refuse to pay any part of her salary what so ever. ...read more

Griffin's was the only place I tried after wrecking my car. Tim worked with me to get me in a car ASAP. I told him what I could afford for a payment and he helped me get something. I haven't had any problems with the car except for minor things that happen with wear and tear. I have heard bad things about them, but I have not had any problems. ...read more

I bought a car from them and the engine light was on among many other issues. They said that they would fix everything. I got the car and it had to go back for repairs within a week. We meeet at Remingtons for drinks and good food. As this is not a playground i don't see the reason for parading your child where there is hot food being served.
