I opened my Easter Ham this evening and to much as my dismay it is extremely MOLDY! The amount of mold shows that is has been without refridgeration for several hours or possibly days (green mold). Our concern is that this establishment does not practice proper food handling or food safety techniques. There authentic products need to be properly refrigerated and handled by the staff.
