Messy gel manicure on natural nails Thursday 5/26/2016. Polish on skin, under nails and several “blips” in the polish and very uneven polish. Called and was told to come back 5/28/2016 before they opened for a fix. I was treated very rudely from the moment I walked back in today. They made me wait over ½ hour even though I came early. The guy was rough as he filed and drilled the polish off my cuticles and skin. He said okay all done even though now my skin is all red and there are big missing globs of polish everywhere from the drilling – it actually looked worse. Manager told him to put another coat on which just angered him. Job is still terrible but I will live with until I go to another place next week and NEVER again TOP NAILS in Crafton. Not a good experience. AND not one person apologized. Take your $30 for a gel manicure elsewhere. ...read more

Most of the time my scheduled appointments run late. Personnel continuously speak Vietnamese to eachother, obviously talking about me and the other customers. Very rude behavior. The only decent tech is Vivian. The rest do sloppy work and don;t care what your nails look like. I have also had several cuts along the edges of my nails from the tech's pushing the cuticle down with their own dirty nails. The pedicure tubs are not ever really cleaned, I would never take a chance on picking up a bacterial infection there. I wonder what he Dept. of Health would think of all these bad practices??? ...read more

Being a previous Nail Technician myself who used to have a full book of clients, I tend to be a bit picky when it comes to having other people do my own nails. LA Nails does an excellent job! Their pink/white acrylics are the most natural, realistic looking I have ever experienced and the electric file used is done the correct way without damage to the natural nail. I have tried A LOT of salons before I found them. Now, I will not go anywhere else.
