Messy gel manicure on natural nails Thursday 5/26/2016. Polish on skin, under nails and several “blips” in the polish and very uneven polish. Called and was told to come back 5/28/2016 before they opened for a fix. I was treated very rudely from the moment I walked back in today. They made me wait over ½ hour even though I came early. The guy was rough as he filed and drilled the polish off my cuticles and skin. He said okay all done even though now my skin is all red and there are big missing globs of polish everywhere from the drilling – it actually looked worse. Manager told him to put another coat on which just angered him. Job is still terrible but I will live with until I go to another place next week and NEVER again TOP NAILS in Crafton. Not a good experience. AND not one person apologized. Take your $30 for a gel manicure elsewhere.
