My husband booked a shave and mustache trim for Friday July 11th at 1:30. Barber was the least enthusiastic person I have ever met in the industry. He did not even introduce himself to my husband has no idea what his name was. This barber was not friendly, creative, or through. Lazy is the word that comes to mind. Mustache was trimmed uneven (I had to trim all kinds if random hairs sticking hanging below the cut line lip, take take down some bulk on one side and even up the tips. Having been a hairdresser myself I can say this is wrong. Lazy. Nose hair was left. Ear hair was only addressed one side. AND the barber shaved OFF his side burns. They are 1/3 the length of a normal sideburns. Barely a 1/2 inch down from the top of this ear. The barber never asked about how he would like his sideburns - we never dreamed they would be gone... Also cut his chin in 2 places. He also has what looks like severe irritation under his jaw line. My husband is an executive at a college and it was a shock to have such poor service - this barber was either a D student in barber school or was seriously hungover or high. I've heard great things over the years about this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was spotless. My appointment was on time and the nurse was fantastic. I've done same service always over the years. Went here to try. Unprofessional didnt hear or listen. The injectors mind was elsewhere. Didnt do as I asked put restylane in lips only. Said I needed volume. No no. Marionette lines and corners I do. Full lips to me. Isn't me. Subtle is. I was furious. Second mistake. Issue. Waste of $300, was dysport. Unfortunately I didn't see it prepared as you should do. 11 lines only. Didnt work. Dysport could have been old or diluted in saline. I got water. Owner was rude. Wouldn't let me come in on Monday to touch up as your to do. No follow ups. No calls back. She ignored the mistakes. Finally refunded restylane. And I went elsewhere professional practice md. Perfect. Dysport issue she refused a solution to the problem. Which is a red flag and shady. What did I pay 300 dollars for.? The injectors hourly wage? For what. One of the new products introduced this season with Jordan Essentials is the Skin Relief in a tube which is a healthy combination of botanical ingredients for minor burns and skin irritations or for those who need something more powerful for eczema or psoriasis. It contains rich shea butter for deep moisturizing and soothing aloe vera, seaweed, green tea, Vitamin E, and chamomile. My own testimony: having gone through radiation therapy in August my husband experienced burns from the upper part of the chest and on his back. That is part of the side effects with radiation, and I had a sheet with a few items listed available from the drugstore to apply. When the skin relief came out a few weeks ago I took it with me to his radiation appointment and showed the nurse.
